Current Marketing

Lord R Colton works diligently to support our products and retailers with current and valid marketing efforts. Each area and region is allocated funding based on market share, product placement, as well as current and prospective retail hosts. All regions are individually evaluated, and the most appropriate campaigns are subsequently implemented.

While each market's specific strategies are not publicly disclosed, this page will provide examples of ongoing current marketing efforts in various mediums and markets.

Large Scale Outdoor Advertising
Some larger markets qualify for large scale outdoor advertising campaigns. Typically, Lord R Colton will use a value mix of location, traffic, impression density, and demographic mix to make this determination. One of the more expensive means of marketing, outdoor advertising is also very effective for secondary and branding purposes. billboard

A typical outdoor campaign will consist or 1-3 outdoor installations. For maximum impact, installations are time staggered and put on a rotation programme. Depending on density of both the retail host and the impression demographics, the campaing would consist of strategically placed and moved installations.

The installation itself (pictured) is a simple, yet highly impactful sign playing on both the elegance and sex appeal of the Lord R Colton brand. If your market qualifies for a Large Scale Outdoor campaign, but the allocated dollars are insufficient for a campaign, Lord R Colton does participate in negotiations and co-op.

Trade Show and Outdoor EventsKatrina
There are typically a large number of tradeshows, outdoor festivals, and regional events that make sense for Lord R Colton toparticipate in. These events include large food and wine festivals, art shows, jazz festivals and the like. These events are sometimes sponsored by either local radio stations or restaurants.

When possible, a Lord R Colton marketing team will personally attend, bringin Katrina along. There is a very large visual impact in having Katrina. The restrictions of this type of marketing are obviously travel time and distance, and the fact that there is only one Katrina.

If you are interested in having Katrina attend an event in the SouthEast, be sure to schedule early.

 

Direct Mail Campaignpostcard
Many retail host stores already have a collection of contact information for their customers. Whether email or traditional mail, Lord R Colton has several options available to help you make the most of your decision to carry the Lord R Colton product line. Campaigns can be constructed and funding is determined by product mix, sales volume, and impression demographic.

Regardless of your qualification, the Lord R Colton marketing materials and design team are always at your disposal. Most campaigns can be co-oped, and in some situations, Lord R Colton can substantially subsidize a direct mail campaign. Currently there are nine different direct mail pieces to choose from, or you can choose a random selection of up to all nine variations.

Local / Regional Print Ads
magadLord R Colton is a strong believer in the homey feel of regional advertising. While large national campaigns are effective branders, using local and regional print ads and articles is a highly effective way of targeting ver specific markets and demographics.

The Lord R Colton marketing team will work with you to evaluate local and regional publications and then design an ad specific to your region, market, and target demographic.

Any Local or Regional print ads that retail hosts choose to participate in individually qualify for co-op consideration.
