Return Policy  


We will accept most Returns and Exchange requests under the following conditions: 
( Textile Group, Inc. Reserve the rights to withhold a 15% Restocking fee on all returns.)

1) An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number must be requested before any merchandise is shipped back to us. This is strictly enforced. No Exceptions. Any and all merchandise sent back to us without an RMA number will be denied.

2) You have 7 business days after receiving the shipment to submit a request for an RMA number. We will not make exceptions for late requests past the 7-day deadline.

3) After receiving an RMA number and the confirmation E-Mail from us with the instructions, you have another 3 business days to send back the merchandise in it's original condition, new and unused. Partial returns will be considered case-by-case.

4) All items being Returned and/or Exchanged must be in the same condition as it was received; All labels and tags intact, unworn, not wrinkled or damaged and in new condition.

Once items are received and the above criteria and conditions are not met, we hold the right to charge you additional incurring fee's depending on the severity of the returned condition.



Damaged or Incorrect Items  


Will be allowed an Equal Exchange (Same product type and/or value).





We do not offer exchanges unless and item is delivered damaged.  We m.ust be notified within 2 business days of delivery damage to be eligible for exchange.  

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping


Please exercise patience with delivery times.   We are not Amazon and do not offer same day shipping or 2 day delivery services.   Our items are not stored in a central warehouse and come from several different sources.   Due to this, expedited delivery times are within 2-3 weeks of the order being received. However, it may take up to 4 -6 weeks as some items come directly from an international distribution center.   Please choose the option at checkout that best suits your needed delivery timeframe.



International Shipping 


We ship to every country and continent in the world.  We once shipped a tie to Antarctica just so we could say that.  International rates do apply.  Please note we strongly urge Priority or Express Services for international shipments.  First Class service can take up to 8 weeks for delivery and does not have a tracking number.



Customs Duties & Other Fees 


We follow the law.  Please do not ask us to break the law.  Thanks.

Cancellation Policy

We offer order cancellations within 48 hours of the order being placed. We are unable to offer cancellations after this period as many items are shipped from international locations.   There are no exceptions to this policy.   Custom Suit Orders are non-cancellable within after 24 hours.
